Whinstone Studio

• Write your words from scratch. Give me what you've got and I'll shape it.
• Photography isn't in this price. I can do it — just ask and I'll quote it.
• Logo and brand design isn't either. Same again.
• I don't build online shops. If you need to take deposits or bookings, I can connect what you already use — just ask.
• Email hosting, social media or advertising.

1. You tell me about the business. Half an hour, in the shop or on the phone.

2. I build it and show you. Usually inside a week.

3. You tell me what's wrong. Two rounds of changes included.

4. It goes live. I point the domain, sort the Google listing, and show you how it works.

Tell me your business name and where you are. I'll ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity ten real questions a customer would ask, and screenshot every answer — right or wrong. Then I run your site and your Google listing against the twelve checks in The Citable Standard.

You get the screenshots and a scored sheet out of twelve, with what failed and why. Yours to keep, whoever fixes it.

How I handle your details

• What does a website cost?

The website is part of Core: £149 a month, £0 upfront. 12 months, then month to month. Leave early and it's £40 for each month left — and everything still goes with you. Up to five pages built for your business — not a template with your logo dropped on it — live within three weeks, built to The Citable Standard so search engines and AI assistants read it properly. Your domain in your name, hosting included.

• What does Core cost?

£149 a month. £0 upfront. 12 months, then month to month. Leave early and it's £40 for each month left. That's the website, the Google listing and your facts kept right, with 30 minutes of changes a month included — then £45 an hour.

• What does Growth cost?

£300 a month, plus a £495 one-off setup. Leave whenever you like — your number ports out with you and your contact list comes with it. It's everything in Core plus the phone: AI answers the phone when you can't, or a missed call gets a text back within a minute and the AI carries the conversation from there. Every quote followed up. Calls and texts are billed at cost, itemised on the invoice. If a month ever passes £40, I ask you first.

• How does it work?

You tell me about the business — half an hour, in the shop or on the phone. I build it and show you, usually inside a week. You tell me what's wrong — two rounds of changes included. It goes live: I point the domain, sort the Google listing, and show you how it works.

• Do I need a real address for a Google listing?

A Google listing needs an address Google can verify. Working from home or out of a van is fine — the address gets hidden and you set the area you cover instead. A virtual office or an unstaffed mailbox isn't eligible. Verification is Google's call and not mine, so I check before I quote.

• Can you promise I'll turn up in AI answers?

I can't promise you'll turn up in AI answers. Google says plainly there's no file or bit of code that makes that happen. What I can do is make sure your details are right and the same everywhere machines look — and show you what changed.

• What is the free check?

Tell me your business name and where you are. I'll ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity ten real questions a customer would ask, and screenshot every answer — right or wrong. Then I run your site and your Google listing against the twelve checks in The Citable Standard. You get the screenshots and a scored sheet out of twelve, with what failed and why. Yours to keep, whoever fixes it. Nothing is sold in that meeting.
