The free check tells you the score. This tells you what to do about it. Every failure written up in the order I'd fix them, what each one costs to put right, and enough detail that another developer could do the work without ringing me.
I also check your Google listing and the directories against your site properly, which the free one only glances at — your hours, prices and services saying the same thing on your site, on Google and in the directories, and your name, phone and address spelled identically everywhere.
